Things I’m making:
🥔Zoe Barrie has been meal prepping on Tik Tok and while I stated my qualms about meal prepping here, I can’t stop watching her videos and have incorporated a few tips into my home cooking routine, like par boiling potatoes at the start of the week and finishing them off later by smashing and roasting them.
🌱I made these Brussel sprouts which had a nice combination of roasted, smokey brussels, and sticky, sweet hot honey.
What I want to try:
🌾Eat Lentiful: with flavors like Pineapple “Chorizo” and Mexican Green Chile, these microwaveable, plant based lentil cups seem like a delicious and nutritious on-the-go lunch option.
🍷Nomadica boxed wine: Ok hear me out. Sometimes you just want a glass of wine without opening a full bottle. Although I enjoyed my recent boxed wine experience at a friend’s house, others thought we were transported back to the slap the bag days (IYKYK). Snaxpo West said Nomadica’s boxed wine option is a winner.
